We had an eventful month of September! Grampa Long also came for a visit! He hadn't been here since our wedding reception eight and a half years ago so he wanted to get out and see all kinds of cool things!
This was up near Red Rocks Amphitheater.
Near Lair'O the Bear
One of the highlights of his trip for both the guys was their motorcycle ride up in the mountains, to Estes Park. They even ate at the Stanley Hotel where "The Shining" was filmed.
Grampa made us perhaps the best steak dinner I've ever had. No pictures, unfortunately. He also helped Keira make cookies!
So sweet!
