My little cuteness is already four months old. She is still as happy as can be. Her beautiful smile melts my heart! She gets a little fussy when she's tired and cries when she thinks she's starving. She likes her paci for naps sometimes but that's about it. I think she prefers to bite on things. She adores her big sister and loves watching Keira. She smiles back at anyone who smiles at her and usually looks away like she's shy after she smiles. She often looks at Daddy hoping for a smile. She loves to be toted around in my arms facing out so she can see everything and loves being with people. She also enjoys baths and being changed.
She can sit for a few seconds.
This little (not exactly) bundle of joy weighs 15 pounds, 3.7 ounces which is the 69% and is 24.25 inches tall, the 41%. At four months Keira weighed 13 pounds, 9.9 ounces which was the 47% and was 25.5 inches tall, the 88%. My girls are opposite. The PA said that everything looks great and developmentally she's right on target.
She loves holding onto her feet and tries to put everything in her mouth; my hand or fingers, toys, and especially her hand.
She enjoyed her first swinging experience.
My little bud and I.
Sierra loves hanging out with this cute little guy, Landon. (She even lets him borrow her pants if his get dirty.)
Sierra usually wakes up once during the night to eat and then again around 9am. She's up for a little while and then usually goes down for at least an hour to two. She also has a good nap in the afternoon. She's been eating closer to every three hours which has been very nice! She eats 5-6 times a day. She's kind of a weird eater and often only eats on one side, leaving me lopsided. She's also pretty messy, leaving drips all over if I don't adequately prepare. I've realized the hard way that she won't eat if she's not hungry. I think I was slightly trying to force her to eat at church so that the person who I had to give her up to for 45 minutes would have a well-fed, happy baby. I think it took me two church days to realize that she doesn't even want to be in position if she's not hungry.
Does this sweet baby girl not just melt your heart?! I just can't get enough of her! She is such a little angel and I adore her. She is such a blessing to our family.
